- We recently funded a $3 million senior bridge loan for a vacant mixed-use property in Denver, CO. This loan enabled the acquisition, supported capital improvements, and stabilized two existing buildings along with surrounding parking areas.
- Senior Living Mezzanine Financing: $6 Million
- In a Dallas, TX suburb, we provided a $6 million mezzanine loan for a newly constructed senior housing community featuring independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The loan refinanced a portion of existing debt and supplied working capital for the lease-up phase. Our mezzanine loan was subordinate to a $20 million bank loan, which held the first lien on the property.
