For strong and very experienced flippers, higher leverage options may be available. Some deals can reach up to 100% total project financing when the borrower, experience, and the ARV are strong. Some programs can work with credit scores in the low 550, but higher credit scores and more experience usually allow for higher financing amounts.
This is investment property financing only and works best for total project cost of $500K+, and when a property has been identified or under contract.
